The founders
Co-founder & Director
Lachlan leads discovery, strategy and partnerships at PlatformOne. He came from health tech, improving operations inside hospitals, where the gap between overseas-built systems and Australian practice was widest.
On every engagement he maps how the business really runs, identifies where software and AI will return the most, and sets measurable ROI targets at Discovery. He tracks those targets in production until they're met.
Co-founder & Director
Jack leads architecture and delivery at PlatformOne. A computer scientist who studied at UQ and QUT, he began his career implementing systems for marketing agencies and small businesses.
He's in the workshop on day one, oversees every build before it ships, and stays on call once a system is live. If PlatformOne has installed a system in your business, Jack has been in the room.
