Co-founder · Discovery & Optimisation
Lachlan Kosanic
Lachlan came from health tech, optimising operations inside hospitals, where the gap between overseas systems and Australian reality was widest.
He leads discovery and optimisation: mapping the real workflows, finding the leverage, and staying engaged until the system is producing return in the client's numbers.
From health tech he brought a habit of measuring everything: every engagement gets ROI targets at Discovery, and he tracks them in production until they're hit.

Jack Pate
Jack is a computer scientist who spent his early career implementing systems for marketing agencies and small businesses, watching good operators buy software that never fit how they worked.
At PlatformOne he leads architecture and delivery: the workshops, the build, the go-live. If we've installed a system in your business, Jack has been in the room.
He's hands-on by default: in the workshop on day one, across every build before it ships, and on the phone when something needs sorting, whatever the hour.
